Our SHEQ Manager is a NEBOSH-qualified Project Manager, with years of experience in the façade industry.

The term SHEQ is used to cover Safety & Health, Environmental and Quality checks.

The SHEQ Manager is supported by H&S Consultancy HAVIO and his duties include:

  • To manage Company Standards
  • To manage Project Safety Planning
  • To manage Site Safety

Prescribed company standards maintained at every level

  • Both Subcontractor and Consultant Qualifications are checked on appointment and reviewed regularly to flag refresher training.
  • Compliance and Accreditations are updated, renewed, and re-audited annually.

Project Safety Planning minimises risk 

  • The SHEQ Manager creates the Project Safety Plan and reviews the RAMS & COSHH.
  • The Estimating Team advise on safest install methods and risk mitigation. Where applicable, they build recommendations into the tender.
  • The Design Team address any H&S issues for access, buildability, cleaning and maintenance.


  • Monthly H&S audits and Incident Management are carried out by the SHEQ Manager
  • A Site-Set-Up Audit is carried out by the Operations Director to ensure safety is taken care from Day One.
  • Tablet-based, auto-filed Weekly Returns are completed by Site Managers e.g. Site Diary, Site Induction, Plant & Ground Checks.
