A²O are Product Award Winners at the Willmott Dixon London & South’s Powered by the Best Conference & Awards 2020 for their industry partners. The Product Award is for overall quality of the product delivered to Willmott Dixon customers on a project. The criteria of the award should include: 

• a defect-free product
• average quality scores of 90% or above
• a one team approach including evidence of manufacture involvement;
• demonstration of quality value and leadership
• demonstration of the value quality as part of their internal processes.
• When timing permits, emergent defects numbers should be taken into consideration.
